Our History
Propmaint was established in 2007 as a small maintenance and repair company. Primarily we focused on the residential rental market. With one property management agency as our client, we serviced all their rental and body corporate maintenance needs.
Since then, Propmaint has grown into a well established maintenance company. We now have multiple maintenance teams on the road and expanded our customer base to include several property management agencies, individual home owners as well as insurance companies.
Remaining true to our roots, we kept our focus on general maintenance for residential properties with the addition of electrical and plumbing contracting. We also expanded our services to include industrial, commercial and retail projects.
Vision & Mission
Our vision is to be the preferred contractor for all our clients, existing and new. By delivering workmanship and service of such a standard, as to remain our clients preferred contractor.
